This wine introduces itself with earthy, gamy scents, but air it out for an hour and you'll notice fruity aromas. This isn't a wine to match with strongly flavored cuisine; it needs lighter pastas, baked vegetables, or simple meats (game, or even poultry, preferably chicken in a bag) to bring out its subtle flavors. This wine pairs well with The Ken.

Baby Check: The Berkshires Edition

Sometimes you need to perform a Baby Check even when it seems as if the Baby Check should wait until a more appropriate time.
